Our Story

Palm Spruce Bakehouse was born from a love of Filipino baking and a desire to share it with our Alaska community. What started as weekend baking for family and friends grew into something bigger — a small bakery rooted in tradition, warmth, and the belief that good food brings people together.

We bake everything by hand, in small batches, using recipes that have been in our family for generations. From pillowy ensaymada to soft pan de sal and vibrant ube treats, every item we make carries a piece of home.
